You can contact our customer support team by emailing Support@thescout.app We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, please report it by emailing Support@thescout.app with a description of the problem. Our team will look into it as soon as possible.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

To delete your account on The Scout Global platform, you have two options:

  • In-App: Navigate to your account settings in the app and select ‘Delete Account.’
  • Email Request: Send an email to Support@thescout.app with the subject line ‘Account Deletion Request.’ Please include your account details for verification. Once your request is verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 21 days. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

We use your data to provide and improve our services. For detailed information on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

After account deletion, some data may be retained for legal, tax, or security reasons for up to 6 months, as required by law.

You can report inappropriate content or user behavior by using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing Support@thescout.app with a description of the issue.
